ITEC287 Principles of Quality Management

Welcome CNET students to my site and to this course.  I hope that together we can learn more about quality in IT.  I want you to think about the things that you do in your learning, how are you approaching your studies, in each course that you study, how are you applying the things that you learn to develop your skills and become a great CISCO practitioner?

Quality after all is about learning.  An organisation that cares about quality will be a learning organisation. Quality is about keeping records and carefully managing processes to ensure the best outcomes.  This requires learning from what we have done to keep doing the right things and to stop doing the wrong things and to do all things better in the future.
